How frequently would groups meet? For instance, I'm guessing that 
meetings would normally be once a month, and have a fairly well 
developed schedule, so a 30-day advance sign up wouldn't be a problem. 
Is there a genuine need for ad hoc meetings with shorter (say a week or 
less) advance sign up requirements?

Likewise, would it be reasonable to expect meetings to last an hour? two 
hours? three hours?

 From what I can see, most meetings appear to be on weekday evenings. 
Starting after 6PM. Is this a reasonable statement?
